From 11-1 on Saturday, March 24th, the lawn of the Linden Avenue Middle School will become the hunting grounds for prospective egg collectors of ages ten and under.

In addition to a madcap dash for eggs, participants will have access to seasonally-themed crafts, face painting, and more, all courtesy of the Village of Red Hook, the Red Hook Police Department and the Red Hook Public Library.

This year, the Egg Scramble includes a designated adaptive area where children with special needs, up to age 13 can gather eggs. There will be a non-competitive egg hunt adapted for children with a variety of special needs. Please call the library at 845-758-3241 to register for the adaptive scramble so we can be sure to plant enough eggs for all the children.
