All Abilities Kids Music & Movement

August 4, 2018

Celebrate summertime with All Abilities Kids Music & Movement at 1 pm on Saturday, August 4 in Red Hook Public Library’s Community Room. We will enjoy simple movement exercise, singing, & dance with musician, Maggie Rothwell. Our theme this month will be horses & the American West.

As parents and caregivers are the best judges of their children’s interests and abilities, All Abilities Kids’ only restriction is that participants be under 18 and every participant be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Space is limited, so registration is required.  The third-floor Community Room offers a quiet environment with reduced sensory stimuli and Saturday afternoons are a quiet time in the library in general in case families would like to browse new items together and check out some books or movies.

This program is free and open to the public. We request that  every child have a parent or caregiver in attendance. If you’ve been hesitant to try library programs with your child, give All Abilities Kids a try.  For more information or to ask questions, call the library to speak with Amy at 845-758-3241.
