All Abilities

October 26, 2018

Red Hook Public Library’s All Abilities returns this fall from 12:30-1:30 on the second and fourth Fridays of the month.

Each month will include two afternoons of fun and learning for adults with intellectual and cognitive disabilities. October’s sessions will be from 12:30-1:30 PM on Fridays, Oct 12 & 26  in the library’s Community Room. On the 12th, we will be carving pumpkins to decorate the library’s front porch and get up to some Halloween-themed fun on the 26th.

All Abilities varies each session but is likely to include activities such as science experiments, painting, seasonal celebrations, games on adaptive switch-enabled ipads, and occasional visits from community guests.  The building is handicap accessible and the Community Room can be reached by elevator. Caregivers are welcome. Come join the fun!

This program is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
