Red Hook Public Library is excited to host Joyce Hawk of the Hudson Valley Special Education Parents Center who will be presenting a workshop entitled: “Transitioning from Special Education to Adult Services.” Hawk will give an overview of the different adult services systems which must be accessed by families in order to receive continued support services and programming as young adults.
