Join us for this course for parents and others caring for individuals with intellectual, developmental and/or other disabilities or illnesses.
Learn effective coping mechanisms to improve stress management in a program developed by the Center on Aging and Disability Policy at Mount Saint Mary College. Set up as 3 in-person sessions and 3 sets of on-line resources on intervening weeks.
