Masks are currently required at our indoor spaces. Virtual Gentle Yoga ClassVirtual Gentle Yoga Class – This Gentle Yoga class series is for all levels. Yoga teacher Sally Delmerico will be your guide, encouraging you to discover the flow and power of your breath, while directing your body to move in that flow of breath. You will be led into the quiet space inside of yourself, where stillness and peacefulness reside. Yoga helps us connect to ourselves in a way that makes us feel stronger and more grounded. This series of 7 live yoga classes will be held on Zoom. Weekly at 2:30-3:30pm, Tuesdays. Please have a yoga mat ready at home as you follow along. Optional are 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap.
