Afternoon Book Group: The VixenAfternoon Book Group: The Vixen – The Tuesday Afternoon Book Group will meet to discuss: The Vixen by Francine Prose. Named one of 2021 by NPR and The Washington Post, this critically acclaimed book focuses on the 1950s New York publishing world. A young man is tasked with editing a steamy bodice-ripper based on the recent trial and execution of Ethel and Julius Rosenberg. The discussion will be held via Zoom. All Abilities Youth Trip to Camp NooteemingAll Abilities Youth Trip to Camp Nooteeming – Come on a day trip to Camp Nooteeming, a summer camp in Pleasant Valley that's owned by Dutchess County. Take the group bus at 10 am or meet there at 10:30. We'll do a mellow hike, have lunch, do a classic camp craft and then make s'mores before getting on the bus at 2. Registration required.
