Monday Evening Book Group

Community Read – The Anxious Generation

Join the Red Hook Public Library and Tivoli Free Library for a monthly reading and discussion of the Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt on the 4th Thursday of each month at 6 PM.

During each month’s meeting, we will discuss a section of the book, culminating in a community-wide conversation in partnership with the Red Hook Central School District. All conversations will take place at the Tivoli Free Library.

February 27 | PART 2: THE BACKSTORY: THE DECLINE OF PLAY-BASED CHILDHOOD

March 27 | PART 3: THE GREAT REWIRING: THE RISE OF PHONE-BASED CHILDHOOD

Attendees will receive a free copy of the book. Registration is required as supplies are limited.
