NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Red Hook Public Library invites the submission of Individual Sealed Bid Proposals performing the work entitled, “Red Hook Public Library- Parking Improvement Plan – Project No. D14-151-P” located at 7444 South Broadway in the Village of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York.
Individual Sealed Bid Proposals must contain the wording “SEALED BID-CONSTRUCTION PROJECT” on the envelope and will be received by the Red Hook Public Library by drop off or received by mail to 7444 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York 12571, Attention Director Alex Geller, until 12:00 P.M. prevailing time, July 25, 2025, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud publicly.

The project typically involves repaving the existing driveway and paving the rear parking area of the library building. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements.
A 100% Payment and 100% Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder.
The Red Hook Public Library reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities for any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is in the best interest of the library.
The Owner and Engineer will conduct an optional Pre-Bid Site visit for interested potential bidders and plan holders on 17 July 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
