| Major repairs fall of 2014 at which time it was discovered that some unusual “T” joints were impeding flow and also that the roof gutters were draining into the septic lines. An excavation was necessary to expose waste lines and reconfigure the waste and gutter drainage lines properly. Gutter lines diverted to daylight. Risers placed on existing tank for future access without excavation. At this time an odor emanating from the basement bathroom drain was addressed with a plug. In April of 2015 the sump pump under the elevator was accessed. A Zoeller sump pump and piping valve, etc… was installed to tie in discharge of pump out through downspout discharge underneath concrete footpath behind building.
