As of Jan 1, 2020, Dutchess County is officially plastic-bag free! Come sew reusable bags from upholstery fabric and recycled plastic feedsacks. Supplies included. Let us know if you will be bringing a sewing machine or using one of the library's. Registration is required for this free program open to adults.
