Red Hook Teen Leaders Council is recruiting! With support from the Community Center and Red Hook Public Library, the Teen Leaders Council is a group of empowered teenagers focused on developing and executing community-focused programs.
The Council is now meeting weekly on Wednesday nights in February from 5:45pm to 6:45 PM at Red Hook Community Center. Their next big project has yet to be determined however current ideas include community-service and cause-oriented projects. Interested new teen recruits are invited to jump right in with ideas!
Teens looking for community service hours, who have a vision for a program or event they’d like to make a reality, or who want to learn valuable leadership skills are encouraged to apply for council membership by attending a meeting, inquiring at the library, or emailing youthservices@redhooklibrary.org.
