Interested in discussing and learning more about scientific topics like GMO food, climate
change, vaccines, outer space, and how beer is made? Bard College and the Red Hook Library will be hosting a series of forums focused on improving scientific literacy and promoting citizen science for adults in the local area. A brief overview about the subject will be given
followed by a question and answer period.

Most events will take place at 5:30 pm every Tuesday and Thursday July 14th through July 28th at the Library.  The exception is Thursday July 23rd, when the discussion of the science behind beer and bread will take place at Bread and Bottle in the Village of Red Hook, also at 5:30 pm.

Free and open to the public.
