Red Hook Public Library is sponsoring a Living Well program after the November meeting of the Red Hook/Rhinebeck AARP meeting. This program is open to all regardless of AARP membership. The presenter, Sydney Leone is a Community Health Educator within the Medicare Community Health Promotion department for MVP Health Care. Sydney’s role is to implement Medicare Living Well programs in the mid-Hudson region to help participants gain awareness, motivation, and skills to improve their health and wellness.

Event will take place at the Red Hook Community Center located at 59 Fisk Street, Red Hook NY 12571.
