Pushing the Limits: Arctic Drift Book Discussion

February 3, 2017

Join us at 6 p.m. Friday, February 3rd for  a lively discussion of the next book in our ongoing Pushing the Limits series:  Arctic Drift by Clive Cussler! This adventure novel is set in the Northwest Passage, Canada, and the northern U.S. amidst the ramifications of climate change. This multimedia event features a video interview with the author as well as a short film about individuals incorporating science into their everyday lives. Refreshments will be provided!

Pushing the Limits is a reading, viewing and discussion program for adults in communities served by rural libraries, made possible by a grant from the National Science Foundation. This is the second in a series of four events that encourage all citizens to be involved in issues of science and technology.

This event is free and open to the public. RSVP at 758-3241.
