Just in time for the season of sharing, Red Hook Public Library presents Chaseholm Farm Creamery in “The Art of Cheese”, a program about the making of farmstead cheeses. Learn about the science behind the magic that produces one of the world’s most cherished foods. Several artisanal varieties will be discussed, followed by a live demonstration of cheese making. Participants will leave with a recipe to try at home.
