At 7pm on Tuesday June 27th at the Elmendorph Inn join us as we screen a series of 3 short films, The Hudson River, At Risk.  The 15 minute films, “All the Risk, No Reward,” “A Beautiful Hazardous Waste Site,” and “Hope on the Hudson” are created by local filmmakers Jon Bowermaster and Margaret Innerhofer.  They illuminate the past pollution of Hudson River, current environmental threats, and the ongoing efforts to clean up and protect the Hudson. Issues such as PCBs, river traffic,  power plants, fossil fuel pipelines, and deteriorating bridges, are addressed.  There will be Q&A with the filmmakers after the showing and refreshments will be served.  Doors open at 6:30pm. This event is free and open to the public.
